Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst with minimum 6 years of experience in Business Process Modeling.


Work with IT and business stakeholders to create vision statements analyze and define business goals and objectives in SCRUM environment.

Should be highly skilled in eliciting requirements from stakeholders in developing Business Requirement Documents, Functional and technical Specification Documents and Business Process Model.

Should have in-depth knowledge of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on with development application methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and RUP models with a good grasp on design and development processes in a transparent and collaborative environment.

Should be proficient in Gap Analysis, Feasibility Study and Change Management.

Should be proficient in process modeling using UML diagrams for Use cases, Activities, Business Process Models, Work Flow, Date flow.

Should have hands-on experience with developing user stories, wireframes, workflows, Business Rules, and other requirement artifacts.

Should be well versed with Sprint planning, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospect and change management processes to streamline the project flow and meet the deadlines and delivery.

Should have been participating in Scrum teams as an SME or product owner to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.
