Cloud That Pays for Itself

Cloud strategy, migration, cloud-native development and ongoing optimization.

Cloud migration done badly produces the same architecture at a higher monthly cost. Done well, it changes how quickly you can release, how gracefully you handle demand and how much resilience you can afford. The difference is planning and honest cost modelling.

Capabilities

What This Includes

  • Cloud strategy and readiness assessment

Establish what should move, what should not, and what the real cost will be.

  • Cloud migration

Move workloads with a plan for data, integration, cutover and rollback.

  • Cloud-native development

Build for the platform rather than lifting existing architecture onto it.

  • Infrastructure as code

Environments defined in version control, so they are reproducible and reviewable.

  • DevOps and CI/CD

Automated pipelines that make releasing routine rather than an event.

  • Observability

Logging, metrics and tracing so problems are diagnosed rather than guessed at.

  • Cost optimization

Right-sizing, scheduling and commitment planning to bring spend back in line.

  • Reliability and security engineering

Backup, failover, access control and hardening appropriate to the workload.

Tools We Work With

How We Deliver

A Process Built for Accountability

Every engagement follows the same path, whether we are building a product from scratch or standing up a dedicated team inside your organization.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business objective, constraints and current-state systems before proposing anything.

  2. 02

    Design

Define architecture, user experience and a delivery plan with clear scope and success measures.

  3. 03

    Build

Engineer in short cycles with continuous testing, code review and demonstrable progress.

  4. 04

    Implement

Migrate data, integrate systems, validate with users and deploy with a controlled cutover.

  5. 05

    Optimize

Measure real usage, tune performance and cost, and close gaps found after go-live.

  6. 06

    Scale

Extend the solution and the team as demand grows, through the engagement model that fits.

Questions

Common Questions

Will cloud reduce our costs?
Not automatically, and anyone promising it will is guessing. Cloud reduces cost when architecture and consumption are managed. We model the expected run cost during assessment so the decision is made with real numbers.
Do we have to move everything?
No. Hybrid is a legitimate long-term position, particularly where data residency, latency or licensing makes a workload a poor cloud fit.
